T-Head, Alibaba’s chip unit, unveiled the Zhenwu V900 at the 2026 Apsara Conference. Alibaba’s own note says mass production and commercial release are planned for the first quarter of 2027, claims three times the Zhenwu M890, and states 216 GB of memory, 1,200 GB/s of inter-chip bandwidth, and native support including FP8 and FP4. That note does not state an FP16 peak, so none is recorded. TechNode’s account adds that M890-based supernodes were already in commercial deployment.
