The Connect 2025 keynote describes the Ascend 950DT as the decode and training companion to the 950PR, using HiZQ 2.0 memory that Huawei rates at 144 GB and 4 TB/s, with 2 TB/s of interconnect. Huawei said that chip would be available in the fourth quarter of 2026. Series peaks of 1 PFLOPS FP8 and 2 PFLOPS FP4 are vendor claims and are not stored in the FP16 field.
