Fujitsu’s April 2019 production announcement for the Post-K system, later named Fugaku, specifies the A64FX as a 48-core Armv8.2-A SVE CPU with 32 GB of HBM2 in four stacks and more than 2.7 TFLOPS of double-precision peak. That double-precision floor is not an FP16 figure, so peak FP16 is left blank. The note said specifications could still change, and it described contracted manufacture and shipment for RIKEN plus a commercial PRIMEHPC successor. Clock, power, and process node are omitted because that announcement does not state them.
