Tom’s Hardware’s account of Biren’s August 2022 launch rates the BR104, the PCIe card in the family, at 32 GB of HBM2E, 300 W, and PCIe 5.0 x16, with vendor peaks of 128 FP32 TFLOPS and 512 BF16 TFLOPS. The published table leaves FP16 blank, so this record does too. Biren described the chips as a TSMC 7nm-class process. The article discusses a sampling plan and does not show that the card is broadly shipping now, so the status stays announced.
